The conference was attended by KOICA leaders, professors, experts from Korea; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, departments and localities including Tam Ky, Hoi An, Dien Ban, Nui Thanh, and design, construction and supervision consultants from Korea and Vietnam.
At the conference, the consulting units and construction units of the project presented specifically the general progress of the project, the progress of the main items achieved and the direction of implementation in the coming time. The Quang Nam Province Smart City Construction Project (Tam Ky City) was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in April 2021. After 3 years of implementation, the project has completed draft overviews of smart cities and strategic orientations for smart cities for Quang Nam Province (including 4 cities: Tam Ky, Hoi An, Dien Ban, Nui Thanh) and the overall plan and program for smart city development for Tam Ky.
At the same time, camera surveillance services, river flood warning services, public wifi services are basically installed and ready for trial operation...
