On December 14, the Provincial Police Party Committee held a conference to review, evaluate, and classify the quality of the Party Committee and the collectives and individuals of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department in 2023. At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Police Party Committee seriously self-reviewed the results of leadership and direction in implementing political tasks in 2023 in all fields in accordance with the instructions and regulations of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

Accordingly, in 2023, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Police Party Committee focused on leading and directing the police force in the province to proactively grasp the situation, effectively combat plots and methods of operation of hostile forces and all types of crimes, contributing to ensuring economic security, political security, rural security, religious security..., preventing complicated activities related to security and order.

Absolutely protect the safety of political, economic, socio-cultural events, targets, key projects in the area and delegations of Party and State leaders, international guests visiting and working in Ninh Binh . Coordinate well the organization of the provincial defense area exercise in 2023...

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Police Party Committee also directed units to investigate and solve 326/358 cases of social order violations (reaching 91%, exceeding the target assigned by the Ministry of Public Security by 16%); very serious and especially serious cases reached 100%, exceeding the target by 10%); discovered, arrested, and handled 1,301 cases, 1,440 subjects violating and committing drug-related crimes, seized 4 kg of various types of drugs and many related evidences; discovered and handled nearly 600 cases, 600 subjects violating and committing economic and corruption crimes...

Effectively implement fire prevention and rescue solutions, ensure traffic safety. At the same time, advise and direct the effective implementation of Project 06 of the Government, coordinate to complete the deployment of 25/25 essential public services, ensure the rate of online file settlement reaches over 89%... Direct the maintenance of 35 models of the mass movement to protect national security.
