Along with that, the conference emphasized the key role of communication and promotion in the national promotion system, considering this an important pillar that needs to be developed in a modern direction, based on data, strongly applying digital platforms and ensuring professionalism, consistency and wide dissemination.
The organization of the Conference aims to determine tasks for 2026 in close compliance with the Government 's direction, especially Resolution 226/NQ-CP and Official Dispatch 34/CD-TTg on promoting international tourist attraction.

In his welcome speech, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Lan Anh affirmed that Ninh Binh province was honored to be chosen as the venue to host this important event. This is truly a forum for localities, businesses and international organizations to share experiences, strengthen connections, expand markets and contribute to the national tourism growth target.
Ninh Binh - a land of outstanding people, is a place where the unique values of history, culture and nature of Vietnam converge. With over 5,000 inventoried relics, including 10 special national relics, 33 national intangible cultural heritages and Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex - the only mixed world heritage of Vietnam and Southeast Asia. This is an outstanding advantage that few localities have.
Besides, Ninh Binh is a major center of beliefs and religions, notable for Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, Tran Temple - Thap Pagoda, Bai Dinh Pagoda, Tam Chuc, Phu Day along with a space of Buddhism, Catholicism and Mother Goddess worship rich in identity. Ninh Binh with its deep and sustainable culture and history, creates an important foundation for cultural, spiritual and ecological tourism.
In recent years, Ninh Binh tourism has developed strongly, becoming a key economic sector of the province. Infrastructure, transportation and accommodation systems are increasingly improved; many hotels, resorts, restaurants, and international standard reception centers have been invested synchronously, creating a new look for the tourism industry. Growth indicators continuously recorded impressive results.
In the first 10 months of 2025, Ninh Binh welcomed about 17.5 million visitors, including 1.72 million international visitors , an increase of more than 27% over the same period; revenue of more than 19,000 billion VND.
The Ninh Binh tourism destination brand is increasingly affirmed, voted many times by the press and international tourism websites as one of the top destinations in Vietnam and the world. This result is thanks to the efforts of the province and especially the close cooperation with localities in promotion, advertising, exchange of tourist sources, and development of common products. Regional linkage has become an important driving force to help Ninh Binh tourism grow rapidly, sustainably and resonantly.
Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Lan Anh province affirmed that the development of each locality cannot be separated from the open space of cooperation. In the context of increasingly global tourism and increasingly fierce competition, no province or destination can develop sustainably if standing alone. Tourism can only make a breakthrough when localities connect, support each other, share resources, information, markets and experiences, thereby forming a unified and synchronized tourism value chain.
In that spirit, Ninh Binh commits to be proactive, positive and responsible in all cooperation activities; accompany localities in the region and the whole country; join hands to build a linked - smart - sustainable tourism ecosystem, in line with the country's development orientation in the new period.
