On October 4, Hung Vuong University in collaboration with the Institute for Regional Sustainable Development Studies, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences organized a scientific workshop: "Solutions to avoid development traps to effectively implement the planning of Phu Tho province for the period 2021-2030, vision 2050".
Overview of the workshop
Within the framework of the Workshop, experts, scientists and representatives of management agencies and professional agencies focused on clarifying some theoretical issues on development traps; sharing practical experiences in some localities on the results and difficulties encountered in the development process (issues in economic development, social issues, issues related to the ecological environment); practical socio-economic development and ecological environment of Phu Tho province in the recent period. Bright spots and bottlenecks, risks of falling into the development trap of Phu Tho province.
From there, we will propose proposals, recommendations and solutions for Phu Tho province in the coming period to avoid falling into the "development trap"; to contribute to realizing the goal that by 2030 Phu Tho will be the leading developed province in the Northern Midlands and Mountains region; by 2050 it will be a developed province in the Northern region, among the developed provinces of the country, a place worth living, worth visiting, safe and prosperous.
