Proposing policies to promote a dynamic and sustainable private economy
Delegates frankly pointed out the current situation of legal risks, overlapping procedures and high compliance costs, and accepted many recommendations from experts. Many opinions emphasized that the legal system should become a driving force for development instead of a barrier, requiring close coordination between the legislative body and the business community.
Ms. Luu Thanh Mau, Vice President of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association and Deputy Head of the VPSF 2025 Organizing Committee, highly appreciated Resolution 66 on law making and enforcement, considering it a breakthrough contributing to improving Vietnam's international competitiveness index.
The Organizing Committee said that all the results of the workshop will be compiled into policy recommendations, sent to the National Assembly , the Government and relevant agencies. This is an important basis for perfecting the legal environment, unlocking development resources, helping the private economic sector become an important driving force of the national economy.
