The 1st Congress of Tri Phai Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030

On August 22 and 23, 2025, Tri Phai Commune Party Committee held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term. Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Nguyen Minh Luan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ly Cong Bac, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee and 150 official delegates representing 1,081 party members attending the congress.

Tri Phai Commune was merged on the basis of the communes: Tan Phu, Tri Luc and Tri Phai. The commune Party Committee has 39 subordinate Party grassroots organizations, with 1,081 Party members. According to the political report, in the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee has high solidarity and unity, focusing on leading and directing the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term, achieving many important and quite comprehensive results in all fields.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity - Development", the Party Committee of the commune sets the goal for the 2025 - 2030 term to continue building a clean and strong Party Committee; improve the effectiveness and efficiency of government management and administration; strengthen innovation in the content and methods of operation of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; mobilize and effectively use all resources, potentials and strengths of the locality; be proactive, innovative and creative; focus on implementing key and breakthrough areas; maintain political and social stability in all situations, avoid being passive and surprised, contributing to building a developed and civilized Tri Phai commune. The Congress agreed on 15 targets, 4 breakthroughs, 4 key tasks and 4 main solutions.

Speaking at the congress, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Luan praised and highly appreciated the achievements and shared the difficulties that the Party Committee, government and people of Tri Phai commune encountered in the past term. He hoped that in the coming term, the Executive Committee of the Tri Phai commune Party Committee would continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, the spirit of solidarity, boost agricultural production in a concentrated direction, strongly apply scientific and technological achievements, innovation, digital transformation in all aspects of social life; continue to innovate leadership methods, improve the capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of cadres and party members; promote democracy, self-reliance, dynamism and creativity in organizing the implementation of political tasks, take advantage of all opportunities, promptly overcome limitations and weaknesses, join hands and hearts to successfully implement the Resolution of the Congress of Party Delegates of the commune in the new term.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee has appointed the Party Executive Committee of Tri Phai commune for the 2025-2030 term; appointed comrade Huynh Quoc Hoang to hold the position of Party Secretary; appointed 05 official delegates and 01 alternate delegate to attend the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
