Workshop on implementing revolutionary ethical standards of People's Public Security officers and soldiers

In his opening speech, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia emphasized: The workshop is of great significance in the extensive implementation of Regulation No. 144 dated May 9, 2024 of the Politburo on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period; at the same time, promoting the building of revolutionary ethical standards in the People's Public Security force.

The workshop is also an opportunity for delegates, scientists, researchers, officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security nationwide to exchange and clarify general theoretical issues on revolutionary ethics and implementation of revolutionary ethics; promptly propose and recommend specific tasks and solutions to effectively implement Regulation No. 144 of the Politburo in conjunction with building revolutionary ethical standards for officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security in the new period...

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing a number of contents on: The role, significance and importance of training in implementing revolutionary ethical standards for cadres and soldiers of the People's Public Security in the current period; proposing directions for building a set of criteria on revolutionary ethical standards suitable for each force, rank and position; solutions to build a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite and modern People's Public Security force; thereby meeting all requirements and tasks in the new situation....

In his closing speech at the workshop, Senior General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member and Minister of Public Security, emphasized: In the coming time, each unit in the Public Security force, based on its functions and tasks, will concretize revolutionary ethical standards into standards of ethics, lifestyle, working style and emulation criteria to strive to complete; at the same time, well implement the exemplary regulations, clearly define the exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members in implementing revolutionary ethical standards.

In the process of performing public duties, it is required that officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security overcome difficulties, uphold the spirit of dynamism, creativity, intelligence, and courage in work and combat; take the results of implementing revolutionary ethical standards as one of the important contents to evaluate the quality of work, and annually evaluate the emulation of each collective and individual in the entire force.../.
