The People's Committee of Luong Son district and the Propaganda Department of the District Party Committee have just coordinated to organize the contest "Uncle Ho with Luong Son, Luong Son learns and follows Uncle Ho". The contest attracted 11 teams with nearly 200 contestants to participate. A large audience came to watch and cheer.
Leaders of Luong Son District People's Committee awarded prizes to all competing teams.
The teams participated in 4 competitions: Greeting, knowledge, performing arts, and explanation. The explanation competition was held at the Memorial House of Uncle Ho's visit to Chi Hoa Production Group, Lam Son commune.
The teams' performances were invested in and elaborately staged with unique and highly artistic performances, bringing viewers many emotions about beloved Uncle Ho.
After a day of competition, the contest was a great success. As a result, the first prize went to Tan Vinh commune team; Luong Son town and Thanh Son commune shared second prize; Thanh Cao, Lien Son and Cu Yen communes shared third prize.
The Organizing Committee also awarded prizes in 3 categories: Greeting, performing arts, and tour guide with the structure of 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 3 third prizes for each competition.
The contest is one of the activities to celebrate the 66th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to Chi Hoa Production Group (October 19, 1958 - October 19, 2024). Thereby, continuing to arouse the excitement, confidence, and pride of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life; determined to compete in studying and following Uncle Ho's ideology, morality, and style, contributing to building a rich and civilized Luong Son district. Continue to promote propaganda activities so that people, agencies, and units can better understand the life and background of President Ho Chi Minh, his deep affection for the Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups in Hoa Binh province in general, Luong Son district in particular; especially Uncle Ho's affection during his visit to Chi Hoa Production Group...
The contest also aims to discover and select excellent tour guides, establish a shock team to guide and explain when delegations and visitors come to offer incense and visit Uncle Ho's relics and visit Chi Hoa Production Group, Doc Phan hamlet, Lam Son commune, Luong Son district.
