More than 1,000 OCOP products are discounted at Saigon Co.op

In response to Vietnam Cooperative Day (April 11), the Saigon Co.op retail system launched a series of major promotional programs with more than 1,000 OCOP products. At the same time, it organized a series of activities connecting Vietnamese goods and consumers nationwide.

The program is part of the campaign "Cooperative Goods Festival - Reaching Quality, Peace of Mind Prices" organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Trading Cooperatives ( Saigon Co.op ), to promote products from cooperatives, traditional craft villages and localities.

Discount on fruits and regional specialties

According to a representative of Saigon Co.op, from now until April 23, all products participating in the program will meet OCOP standards (One Commune One Product Program), coming from many provinces and cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Tay Ninh, Dong Thap, Lam Dong, Dak Nong , Kien Giang, Thanh Hoa, Hanoi, Thai Nguyen...

The product list ranges from tea, coffee, rice, fish sauce, bird's nest, eel vermicelli, snakehead fish porridge, black garlic vermicelli to pennywort powder, turmeric starch... with preferential prices from only 19,500 VND to 370,000 VND.

Notably, many premium fresh fruits that meet 4-star OCOP standards such as Can Gio mango, Tay Ninh custard apple, Da Lat vegetables, etc. are discounted up to 20%.

Not only stopping at direct incentives, from April 11 to 13, member customers will also receive accumulated points according to card level. Accordingly, platinum level multiplies points 3 times, bronze, silver, gold levels multiply points 2 times for each bill from 300,000 VND.

In addition, some local Co.opmart supermarkets also cooperated with local authorities to organize OCOP product festivals, directly introducing typical products of each region to consumers. Member customers also receive a refund of VND 10,000 for each bill from VND 150,000 when purchasing OCOP products according to the program's rules.

Discount throughout April

In parallel with the OCOP program, Saigon Co.op also launched many discount campaigns throughout April. Specifically, the "Da Lat Vegetable Festival" program took place from April 18 to 20, with a rotating discount of up to 20% on fresh vegetables, and customers also received an additional gift of Umikai natural vegetable washing powder when choosing to buy products in the promotional category.

In addition, the program "Home-cooked meals - Fresh and delicious" offers a series of essential food products such as eggs, meat, fish and imported fruits with a 15% discount or buy 1 get 1 free promotion.

Not only stopping at food, the program "Bright Kitchen, Beautiful Home" offers big discounts on home care products such as laundry detergent, floor cleaner, and paper towels with prices ranging from only 14,200 VND to 219,000 VND.

In particular, for online shopping channels, from April 10 to 13, customers will receive an immediate discount of 30,000 VND when entering the code HTX30 for orders from 700,000 VND.

In addition, from April 10 to 23, 5 customers with the highest total spending on Co.op private label products (belonging to the dry food and household goods - living goods group) with bills from 800,000 VND will receive a gift worth 400,000 VND.

According to the Saigon Co.op retail system, after only 10 days of implementing the "Collect stamps to redeem gifts 2025" program, nearly 1,000 high-end Royalvkb (Netherlands) kitchen scissors have been redeemed by customers. This is a prominent product line in the exclusive kitchen knife set, favored for its sturdy design and sharp scissor blades forged with modern technology.

Notably, many customers accept to pay extra money to quickly own the product instead of accumulating enough stamps.

In addition to collecting stamps from shopping bills from 200,000 VND, consumers can also receive from 1 to 6 bonus stamps when purchasing products from major brands such as Abbott, Heineken, Coca-Cola, Solite, Vinamilk, Bibica, Darlie, Anh Hong, Mondelez, Pepsi Suntory...
