According to Hai Phong Electricity, 208,581 customers lost power during the above period. Currently, there are about 36,876 customers without power belonging to the Electricity Management Team of Vinh Bao, Tien Lang, Thuy Nguyen, Tu Ky. The priority load area of Vinh Bao is losing power at the People's Committee of Nguyen Binh Khiem Commune and the People's Committee of Vinh Hoa Commune.
Hai Phong Electricity has mobilized maximum staff from regional power companies to organize inspections, zone out incidents, and ensure power is restored to 100% of customers.
Previously, Hai Phong Electricity Company deployed many aspects of work to proactively respond to storm No. 3, with the highest goal of focusing on ensuring safe power supply for 114 communes, wards and 2 special zones. Before this year's storm season, the company completed the 2025 Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue Command Committee consisting of 13 members, 1 support team and re-established 30 sub-committees for disaster prevention and search and rescue at affiliated units.
The company currently has 4 generators with a capacity of over 30kW and 31 generators with a capacity of 5-7kW ready to supply power to priority loads when required. In addition, the unit has signed a contract in principle to reserve 20-30 prefabricated iron pillars, approved the purchase plan for 40 temporary steel pillars, precast concrete foundations; worked with suppliers to reserve 229 piles and 2,550 m of temporary stay wires...
