According to the Departmentof Education and Training of Dak Lak province, the 2025 high school graduation exam in Dak Lak province has an examination council with 33 official examination sites, including one examination site for candidates taking the exam under the 2006 General Education Program with 21 examination rooms and 32 examination sites for candidates taking the exam under the 2018 General Education Program with 933 examination rooms; 41 backup examination sites located in 15 districts, towns and cities in the province. At the examination sites, there are a total of 954 official examination rooms; 66 backup examination rooms; 27 waiting rooms.

In the 2025 high school graduation exam, in Dak Lak province, there are a total of 22,612 candidates registered to take the exam, of which the number of candidates taking the exam according to the 2018 General Education Program is 22,083 candidates, including: 19,959 high school candidates; 2,124 continuing education candidates; 11,824 female candidates; 5,284 ethnic minority candidates; 228 independent candidates (including 223 high school candidates and 5 continuing education candidates).

The number of candidates taking the exam under the 2006 General Education Program is 529, including 493 high school candidates and 36 continuing education candidates; 183 female candidates and 18 ethnic minority candidates.
In order for the exam to take place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations, the Department of Education and Training mobilized a total of 3,157 exam invigilators, supervisors, and service staff at the exam sites, including 249 leaders and exam site secretaries; 1,908 exam invigilators; 27 waiting room staff; 330 supervisors; 434 security, medical , and service staff; 112 reserve staff, and 100 inspectors.

The Department of Education and Training has directed educational institutions and testing sites in the province to actively prepare in all aspects to organize the exam to ensure safety, seriousness and quality. High schools, multi-level schools, provincial continuing education centers, and vocational education and continuing education centers in the province have developed and implemented plans to organize review sessions for grade 12 students to take the 2025 high school graduation exam according to the instructions of the Department of Education and Training to ensure efficiency, quality with a high sense of responsibility; organize tests and evaluate students' learning outcomes to have timely support solutions to help them have adequate knowledge and skills to participate in the exam.

The units have prepared facilities, equipment, and finances for the organization of the exam according to the instructions of the Department of Education and Training; ensuring that all conditions regarding facilities and equipment at the exam sites are fully prepared according to regulations, to best serve the organization of the exam.
Previously, the Department of Education and Training organized training on exam organization and testing skills for the team participating in the exam; organized training on exam invigilation skills for officials, teachers, medical staff, security guards and those participating in the service before the exam.

The head of the examination site disseminates the examination regulations to candidates; deploys and disseminates the examination invigilation regulations to officers, teachers, and employees participating in the examination invigilation work at the examination site; ensures that all examination invigilators, inspectors, supervisors, and examination service forces are trained and have a clear understanding of the examination regulations and professional skills.
The Provincial and District Examination Steering Committees have directed agencies, units, organizations, and localities to actively coordinate with the education and training sector to proactively develop and deploy plans to ensure security, order, traffic safety; ensure health, food safety and hygiene... for the organization of the exam; step up propaganda about the exam; strengthen the work of mobilizing organizations and individuals to support and help candidates from policy families, poor households, and those residing in remote areas, so that no candidate has to drop out of the exam due to economic or travel difficulties.

Especially in this year's exam, the inspection and examination work is focused on. The Provincial Steering Committee for the Exam and the Department of Education and Training organized the inspection of the exam preparation work at all exam locations in the province and will continue to strengthen the inspection and examination at all stages of the exam organization to ensure the exam is safe and serious.
Up to now, preparations for the exam in Dak Lak province have been completed and candidates have gone to the exam room to complete procedures to officially take the exam on June 26 and 27.
According to the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province, the purpose of the exam is to accurately assess the learning outcomes of learners according to the goals and requirements to be achieved in the general education program; to use exam results to consider recognition of high school graduation and to be one of the bases for assessing the quality of teaching and learning of general education institutions, continuing education and the direction of educational management agencies; to provide data that is reliable, honest, and accurately assesses students' abilities for universities and vocational education institutions to use in enrollment in the spirit of autonomy.
Therefore, the requirements of the exam are safety, seriousness, honesty, objectivity, and fairness. The exam will be held from June 25 to 28, 2025 in all provinces and centrally-run cities. Each province has an Examination Council whose People's Committee is fully responsible for organizing the exam.

In order for the 2025 high school graduation exam in the area to take place successfully, Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union organized the volunteer program "Supporting exam season" with the participation of more than 1,000 volunteers supporting at 32 exam sites across the province.
Up to now, the 2025 Exam Support Program in the whole province has mobilized 1,500 free meals; 25,200 free bottles of drinking water; 50 cartons of milk; 1,000 exam support shirts and hats; four exam support scholarships, each worth two million VND; 10,000 pens... with a total value of more than 300 million VND to support candidates during the exam days.

In addition, the Exam Support Program also deploys teams to mobilize free accommodation; provide consultation on exam procedures and exam room maps at the school gate; cook and distribute free meals, drinks, and accommodation for candidates and their families; a free motorbike taxi team to pick up and drop off candidates to the exam; 20 teams to maintain order and traffic safety at traffic lights; remind parents to park their vehicles in the right place at exam locations...
In harmony with the enthusiastic spirit of the youth of Dak Lak province in the Youth Volunteer Campaign - Summer 2025 , the youth volunteers of "Supporting the Exam Season" of Dak Lak province in 2025 are determined to successfully carry out the assigned tasks, contributing to the overall success of the high school graduation exam in the province.
