Disciplinary action against principal for sending sensitive photos to school's Zalo group

(Dan Tri) - The Inspection Committee of Phu Thien District Party Committee, Gia Lai Province, has disciplined the principal for sending sensitive photos to the school's public group.

On June 28, the leader of Phu Thien District Party Committee, Gia Lai Province, said that the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee had disciplined Mr. RK, Principal of Phu Thien District Ethnic Boarding Secondary School, for sending sensitive photos to a public group.

Previously, at the end of April, Mr. K. sent a picture of himself video chatting with a naked woman in the bathroom to the school's Zalo chat group. The picture was then spread outside, causing a stir in public opinion.

According to the principal’s explanation, a friend had a conflict with his wife. Therefore, this friend asked him to call to find his wife. While calling, he saw the sensitive image above, so he took a photo and mistakenly sent it to the school’s Zalo group.

Regarding the above incident, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province has issued a document requesting the Department of Education and Training, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to deploy measures to rectify, strengthen management and protect a safe and healthy educational environment for students.

At the same time, the authorities must rectify the management of civil servants, teachers and school staff in the area; prevent similar incidents from happening, especially regarding ethics, lifestyle, teacher standards and the use of media.
