Announcing the Rector of the University of Law, Hue University

With the high trust from the staff, lecturers and the Hue University Council, Associate Professor, Dr. Doan Duc Luong, an excellent teacher and senior lecturer, continues to hold the position of Rector of the University of Law (Hue University) for the 2025 - 2030 term.

On October 6, the University of Law ( Hue University) held a ceremony to announce the Resolution of the Hue University Council recognizing the Rector for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, Associate Professor Dr. Doan Duc Luong, an excellent teacher and senior lecturer, continued to be trusted to hold the position of Rector of the school.

In his acceptance speech, Associate Professor Dr. Doan Duc Luong expressed his honor and gratitude for the trust of all officials and employees, as well as the trust of the Party Committee and Council of Hue University.

Mr. Luong said that 2025 will be a special milestone when the University of Law celebrates its 10th anniversary according to the Prime Minister's Decision. In the new competitive context of higher education , the school will continue to innovate and create in administration and training to improve quality and reputation.

The Rector of the University of Law (Hue University) has set out key tasks for the new term, emphasizing the need to maintain internal solidarity and effectively implement Party resolutions, especially Resolutions 57, 71 and 66 of the Politburo , to meet the country's development requirements in the new period.

According to Associate Professor Dr. Doan Duc Luong, by 2030, the University of Law (Hue University) will be built into a comprehensive autonomous university.

At the same time, the school will develop a specific roadmap to meet the standards of higher education institutions according to Circular 1/2024 and the Program to improve the quality of training of Bachelor of Law in the period 2023-2030; promote university governance associated with digital transformation and streamlining the apparatus.

According to Associate Professor Dr. Doan Duc Luong, the vision for 2030 is to build the University of Law into a comprehensive autonomous university, with financial autonomy as the foundation; strive to affirm its brand among the top law schools in Vietnam, have influence in the region and contribute to developing Hue University into a National University.
