Mr. Dang Tuan Tu, Chairman of the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Limited Liability Company (Tan Trieu Ward, Dong Nai Province) said that the company's Trade Union has basically agreed with the business leaders on a plan to take care of the Lunar New Year 2026 for employees.
Accordingly, the company will support 100% of the one-way bus fare for all workers in the provinces and cities to return to their hometowns; organize year-end meetings, lucky draws with many valuable gifts (TVs, refrigerators); give gifts to all workers. It is expected that the Lunar New Year 2026 bonus will be the same as last year, workers who have worked for a full year will be rewarded with 1 month's salary, the highest is 2 months' salary.
Mr. Dang Tuan Tu shared: “Chang Shin Vietnam Company has more than 41,000 employees. On the occasion of Lunar New Year 2026, the company will spend hundreds of billions of VND to reward and support workers.”
According to the Vietnam News Agency reporter, the Trade Union of large enterprises employing many workers in Dong Nai such as Phong Thai Group, Pou Sung Vietnam Limited Liability Company, TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company are negotiating with business owners about policies to support train and bus tickets and Lunar New Year 2026 bonuses for workers. It is expected that this Tet, businesses will support train and bus tickets for workers to return home, and pay bonuses equivalent to last year.
According to the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation, for the 2026 Lunar New Year, the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation will support 2,200 bus tickets to take workers home. In addition, Dong Nai has been allocated 450 train tickets and 120 plane tickets by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for workers to return home for Tet. Workers in difficult circumstances who have not been able to return home for Tet for many years will also be supported with tickets.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, Dong Nai has 9,300 union members who will be given shopping vouchers worth 500,000 VND/voucher when participating in the online Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2026 organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Accordingly, the Union will provide financial support through electronic shopping vouchers (e-vouchers) for workers to buy goods and consumer products on the program's official website or application on smart devices. Union members with outstanding achievements in production and labor; those in difficult circumstances will be given shopping vouchers.
A representative of the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union Tet Market is a new program of the Trade Union organization to contribute to bringing a warm and prosperous Tet to workers and their families. Goods sold at the Trade Union Tet Market are very diverse, ensuring quality and reasonable prices.
Currently, the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation is implementing a plan to organize Tet reunion activities, worker family gatherings; arts, sports , exchanges, and lucky draws at industrial parks and boarding houses. Unions at all levels will also visit and give gifts to workers, giving priority to workers who are in real difficulty, have serious illnesses, have work-related accidents, or are owed wages.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026, the Trade Unions at all levels in Dong Nai will coordinate with functional sectors to grasp the situation, monitor employers in paying salaries and bonuses; promptly detect and have solutions to protect the rights of workers in enterprises facing difficulties, unpaid wages, owners who have absconded or dissolved, or gone bankrupt, contributing to stabilizing labor relations during the Tet holiday.
