More than 23,000 volunteers in Ho Chi Minh City are ready to support the 2025 exam season

Student volunteers from universities and colleges are ready to support exam season in Ho Chi Minh City

The program is organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Student Association, the Ho Chi Minh City Student Support Center in coordination with other units to support students in the high school graduation exam and admission to universities and colleges.

The 2025 "Exam Support" program attracted more than 23,000 volunteer students to register to participate, of which 3,000 people will be present directly at 171 exam locations across the city to support candidates, such as: guiding the way, exam rooms, keeping luggage, distributing water, encouraging spirit, and coordinating traffic.

This year, the program is divided into 3 phases, including pre-exam support activities (from April to June 2025); during-exam support activities (from June 26 to June 28); post-exam support activities (from July to August 2025).

In phase 1, the program organized 84 career counseling days in Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces, attracting more than 45,000 students to participate; published 50,000 career guidance handbooks, "Supporting exam season" handbooks and supported new students, built an online information system with diverse and attractive content, supported candidates in reviewing, discovering themselves, and encouraged them mentally.

This year, the program "Supporting exam season" has spent more than 3.5 billion VND to award scholarships to candidates in difficult circumstances.

New this year, the program promotes the application of technology, especially Artificial Intelligence (AI) in psychological counseling and career orientation. Thousands of candidates and students have accessed to receive advice from AI tools.

The year 2025 marks the 29th anniversary of the program supporting candidates taking university and college entrance exams and 10 years since the program changed its organization to match the current high school graduation exam. The program has become a solid foundation, accompanying millions of candidates and their families in important exams.
