On June 16, reporting at the conference to review the work of the association and the Red Cross movement, the City Red Cross Association said that in the first 6 months of the year, all levels of the association mobilized, received and presented charity and humanitarian programs worth more than 25 billion VND; mobilized 20,124 units of blood. Implementing the campaign "Each organization, each individual is associated with a humanitarian address" to mobilize support for 1,088 addresses, with a total value of 4.216 billion VND. During the humanitarian month of 2025, all levels of the association coordinated with medical facilities to organize medical examinations, health consultations, and provide free medicine for 2,667 people; implemented 7 humanitarian projects and programs; mobilized 7,785 units of blood; organized 39 first aid training courses for 1,170 teachers, students, people and fishermen; propaganda under the flag on accident and injury prevention for 45,994 students and teachers of 45 primary schools. On this occasion, the City People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 5 groups and 4 individuals with good achievements in implementing the campaign "Each organization, each individual is associated with a humanitarian address". The City Red Cross Society rewarded 5 groups with good achievements in the Humanitarian Month 2025; awarded the "For the humanitarian cause" medal to 36 individuals.
