More than 50,000 agricultural and environmental records resolved after nearly 2 months

According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, from July 1 to now, departments, branches, and public service units under the department have coordinated with localities to receive 66,148 administrative procedure files related to the fields of environment, land, agriculture, forestry, fisheries, minerals, etc.

Of which, the unit has resolved 50,019 records, including 49,368 records before the deadline and on time, reaching a rate of 98.7%; 651 records are overdue, accounting for 1.3%. 16,129 records are being resolved; of which 15,666 records are within the settlement period, accounting for 97.1% and 463 records are overdue, accounting for 2.9%.

Officers and specialists of the Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinate with localities to resolve administrative procedures for people.

In addition, during this time, the Department of Agriculture and Environment also received 37 feedbacks and recommendations sent from the Government 's feedback and recommendation system. Currently, feedbacks and recommendations from organizations and individuals related to the settlement of administrative procedures in the fields of agriculture and environment have been handled by advisory units, with public apology letters for late processing records.
