Through evaluation, 98.93% of elderly households achieved the three standards of building a cultural household in terms of complying with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws, actively participating in emulation movements at their place of residence; building a harmonious, happy, progressive family, supporting and helping everyone in the community; organizing labor, production, business, and study to achieve productivity, quality and efficiency, contributing to the successful implementation of the movement to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas in the locality.

At the same time, implementing the crime prevention program for the period 2021-2025, more than 10,500 elderly people participated in maintaining security, social order, and preventing crime, providing 2,400 valuable sources of information. At the same time, participating in the mediation of 3,822 cases, of which 3,782 cases were successfully mediated; participating in educating and rehabilitating 366 people who made mistakes to reintegrate into the community.
