Hon Da Bac (Silver Rock Island) has many small, egg-shaped rocks rising from the sea, surrounding the island. When sunlight shines on these rocks, they ripple on the water's surface, creating beautiful white, silvery rock formations. According to geologists, Hon Da Bac was formed over 100 million years ago.

Da Bac is known as a mysterious "fairyland" created by nature. The island features many uniquely shaped rocks, such as the Hon Trui cluster, which rises from the sea as a cluster of rocks with no living creatures; and Ban Tay Tien (Fairy's Hand), a natural rock formation resembling a hand raised to the sky, with the back of the hand facing the sea and the palm facing the mountain, as if protecting Da Bac from storms. Particularly noteworthy is the small well at the highest point of the island, shaped like a footprint, hence the local names Ban Chan Tien (Fairy's Footprint) or Gieng Tien (Fairy's Well).
