Hung Yen is about to auction 64 land lots, starting from 9.6 million/m2

Van Lam District (Hung Yen) is preparing to auction 64 residential land lots in Tan Quang Commune, with the lowest starting price of 9.6 million VND/m2.

On May 30, information from Vietnam Joint Stock Auction Company said that the unit is preparing to coordinate the auction of 64 residential land lots in Tan Quang commune, Van Lam district ( Hung Yen ).

Accordingly, the land lots have areas ranging from 50m2 to more than 136m2; The lowest starting price is 9.6 million VND/m2 and the highest is 21.4 million VND/m2.

Registration time to participate in the auction starts from 8:00 on May 29 to 17:00 on June 11.

The auction is conducted by direct voting. The deposit is 141 million VND/lot.

The auction will be held at 1:30 p.m. on June 14 at the Cultural House Hall of Tan Quang Commune, Van Lam District (Hung Yen).
