JCI accompanies SMEs startups

On December 10, in Hanoi , JCI Hanoi made another important mark in its journey of accompanying young businesses when it successfully organized the Workshop "New Cycle Dawn - Prosperity with SMEs" and the final round of the CYE 2024 Startup Arena.

The event gathered more than 150 young leaders, managers, CEOs from many businesses and leading experts from many fields, creating a vibrant forum where knowledge, strategy and entrepreneurial spirit converge to create new values for the SMEs community in Vietnam.

With the theme "New Dawn of the Cycle", the workshop is a strategic map to help small and medium enterprises overcome challenges and take advantage of opportunities in a volatile economic context. Ms. Nguyen Thi Dieu Hang (CEO Startup Wheel) shared very "touching" when talking about the choice of continuing or stopping the startup path because this journey always requires people who are truly brave and dare to act. Especially, if you cannot reach the destination alone, always remember that we always need teammates to go further on this path.

Speaker Nguyen Thi Minh Giang (Founder of Leaders and Culture - NEWING) also reinforced the content of choosing or moving forward, and how to choose a companion, along with many other information from a business consultant for more than 15 years. In addition, the speaker also provided many solutions to questions about corporate culture and human resource management when asked during the discussion session.

CYE 2024 Startup Arena: The Journey of Brave Young Entrepreneurs

The CYE 2024 Startup Arena Finals is a gathering place for young, potential entrepreneurs, introducing business models that are not only creative but also aim for sustainable development.

After heated debates and arguments between the teams, the judges, and investors, the CYE 2024 Startup Arena officially found the winners for this year's awards.

The final results of CYE 2024 include 02 TOP 5 prizes belonging to Fastdo - JCI Danang and Vietales - JCI Hanoi teams. Coming to this year's CYE journey, Fastdo and Vietales successfully spread the brave and courageous spirit of the young generation of active citizens through the story of entrepreneurship.

In addition, the competition also has two subsidiary awards: the Inspiration Award of the Zero Track - JCI East Saigon team and the Influential Team Award of the Tre Thanh Phat team. This year's TOP 3 were assessed by the Expert Panel as having very good development prospects, and at the same time, the teams have successfully spread a positive image of a colorful start-up picture in the current volatile context.
