Jungkook wins Male Artist of the Year in the Philippines

At the 11th Philippine K-pop Expo held in Pasay City, Philippines, singer Jungkook of the Korean boy band BTS was honored in the category of "Male Artist of the Year 2022".

Jungkook is one of the famous male singers and musicians in the group BTS, voted by the American Rolling Stone Magazine as one of the "200 Greatest Singers of All Time" and received many other prestigious awards from many newspapers and radio stations in this country.

Along with Jungkook, BTS member Jin and K-pop artists such as BI, Lim Young-woong, Psy and Zico are all nominated for this category. The combination of Suga (BTS) and Psy in the song That That won the category of "Best Collaboration of 2022".

The K-pop Expo Philippines has been held annually since 2009. It is the largest K-pop fan festival in the Philippines with many exciting activities such as dance competitions, cosplay, K-pop product displays, and K-pop idol look-alike contests.
