Kane celebrates winning the Bundesliga

Harry Kane was excited as Bayern Munich won the Bundesliga.

Bayer Leverkusen's 2-2 draw with Freiburg in the early hours of May 5 helped Bayern Munich win the Bundesliga without playing a game. The Bavarians could have sealed the title as early as May 3, but RB Leipzig's 94th-minute equalizer delayed the celebrations.

However, with Leverkusen stumbling in the late match of the round of 32, Kane and his teammates finally got their hands on the German championship medal.

Immediately after Bayern Munich became the German champions, Kane quickly shared his feelings on social network X. He posted a trophy icon on his personal page, along with a video of himself singing the famous song "We Are the Champions" by the band Queen.

Kane looked set to miss out on the title, having missed the draw with Leipzig through suspension. However, the England international could be fit to play in Round 33, and celebrate the title on the pitch with his teammates next week.

This is the 33rd time Bayern have won the Bundesliga, and the first title of Kane's career. The former Tottenham star admitted that the "no title curse" has haunted this player for a long time.

“Throughout my career, there have been people who have only talked about how I haven’t won anything,” Kane said last month. “It would be nice to shut them up.”
