Keppel receives amended Investment Certificate for Saigon Centre Phase 3 Project

At the Vietnam-Singapore Economic Connectivity Ministerial Meeting (CMM) held on 10 October 2025 in Hanoi, Keppel Land was awarded the amended Investment Certificate for Phase 3 of Saigon Centre, its flagship mixed-use development in Vietnam.

Minister of Finance Nguyen Van Thang (left, bottom row) and Singapore's Minister in charge of Energy, Science and Technology Tan See Leng (right, bottom row) witnessed the representative of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Finance handing over the amended Investment Certificate for the Saigon Centre Phase 3 project to a representative of Keppel Vietnam.

Co-chaired by Mr. Nguyen Van Thang, Minister of Finance of Vietnam and Mr. Tan See Leng, Minister in charge of energy, science and technology of Singapore, the CMM is an important economic cooperation platform established within the framework of the Vietnam - Singapore Economic Connectivity Agreement, aiming to promote bilateral cooperation in key areas such as energy, sustainable development, infrastructure connectivity and innovation.

Mr. Joseph Low, President, Real Estate, Keppel Vietnam, shared that Keppel appreciates the trust and continuous support from Vietnamese agencies, which has helped Keppel continue to accelerate the progress of Saigon Centre, an iconic project located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.
