Accordingly, the two sides agreed to adopt many forms of enhancing exchanges and delegations at all levels in all fields, including promoting exchanges and implementing substantive cooperation between localities of the two countries, continuing to further promote the potential and broad prospects for cooperation between localities of Vietnam and localities of China.

Meanwhile, Secretary of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet gave an overview of the province's socio-economic development in recent years, highlighting the province's strengths and potentials such as cultural heritage, tourism , traffic connections, seafood processing, service industries... in cooperation and connection with foreign localities, including China.

The Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee said that the recent visit and working session in Jilin Province, China was a great success; Jilin Province expressed its importance in developing cooperative relations with Vietnam. During the visit, Jilin Provincial Party Committee Secretary Hoang Cuong spent time receiving the delegation, and the two sides discussed specific measures to promote cooperation between Quang Nam Province and Jilin Province in the coming time, especially in key areas such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, animal husbandry, tourism, culture, automobile industry, etc.
