According to a report from the Provincial People's Committee, as of May 2025, the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System has connected with 14 information systems and databases at the ministerial and sectoral levels, including: Online social assistance policy registration and settlement system; Land database software system; Centralized payment platform on the National Public Service Portal; National Public Service Portal; Interconnected Public Service System of the Ministry of Public Security; Database on business registration; Information system for managing shared electronic catalogs of state agencies serving the development of Vietnam's e-Government; Public Service Portal of the Ministry of Construction; Interconnected Portal for Agriculture and Environment - Tax; Public Service Service System of Vietnam Post Corporation; National database on insurance of Social Insurance; National database on legal documents of the Ministry of Justice; System for granting unit codes related to the budget of the Ministry of Finance; Vehicle registration database; Driver's license database; The Ministry of Public Security's inter-connected public service software system.

This connection helps to connect administrative data between levels, agencies receiving documents can automatically retrieve information, monitor document processing progress... contributing to improving the efficiency of state management, administrative reform and better serving people and businesses.
