Results of providing online public services, developing digital government and digital society

By the end of August 2025, the whole country had issued 22,390,613 digital signature certificates; 36.11% of the adult population had a digital signature or personal electronic signature.

According to the summary report on the implementation of tasks of science , technology, innovation and national digital transformation at the 4th Meeting of the Government Steering Committee on science, technology, innovation, digital transformation and Project 06 on September 24, 2025, in less than 2 months, the Online Public Service system recorded 7.5 million records and the transaction amount reached 1.5 trillion VND, of which 73.3% of online records were from localities.

Regarding the development of digital society and digital citizens, by the end of August 2025, 22,390,613 digital signature certificates had been issued; 36.11% of the adult population had a digital signature or personal electronic signature./.
