Results of implementing the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in 2025

On November 20, 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment reported on the results of the implementation of the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in 2025 according to Plan No. 52/KH-UBND dated March 9, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee. During the year, the Department issued Decision No. 264/QD-STNMT dated July 25, 2025 on the Office Culture Regulations and Code of Conduct, synchronously deployed to all civil servants, public employees and workers; strengthened propaganda on cultural families and cultural residential areas; integrated the activities of the Movement with the National Target Program on new rural construction. Up to now, the whole province has 43/55 communes meeting new rural standards, of which 03 communes meet advanced new rural standards and 01 commune meets model standards. Along with that, the Department focuses on developing economic models associated with local culture, encouraging the maintenance of traditional craft villages and enhancing the value of OCOP products. The whole province currently has 343 OCOP products, including 02 5-star products, 75 4-star products and 266 3-star products. Typical products associated with local cultural identity contribute to enriching the spiritual life of the community and creating tourism attraction. The Department maintains a green - clean - beautiful cultural agency; strictly implements civilized office lifestyle; coordinates the implementation of sustainable agricultural production models, improving people's lives; integrates environmental protection, waste management, and building civilized rural landscapes into the industry's programs and projects. In 2026, the Department of Agriculture and Environment will continue to implement the plans of the Provincial People's Committee, strengthening the integration of the Movement's content with political and professional tasks; Promote propaganda, raise public awareness, contribute to building a progressive, civilized and sustainable cultural life.
