Vietnam National Administration of Tourism - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that 2023 is the year of strong recovery of our country's tourism. Data from Google Trends market trend tracking tool shows that the number of international tourists searching for Vietnam tourism in 2023 will reach a growth rate of over 75%, ranking 6th globally. This position is above many Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines.

The 10 countries with the most tourists searching for Vietnam include: America, Australia, Japan, India, Korea, Singapore, England, Germany, Malaysia and Thailand.
Notably, the most searched cities besides Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi are also two famous beach destinations such as Da Nang and Phu Quoc (Kien Giang). Next, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Da Lat, Hue and Phan Thiet are also of interest to a large number of foreigners.
