Opening of the contest to learn about good and effective practices in the field of digital transformation

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the contest, Mr. Pham Hong Quang - Director of the Department of Information and Communications emphasized that the core goal of administrative reform and digital transformation is to benefit people and businesses; to improve the culture of exploiting and awareness of using information technology from family to school and society towards healthy, practical and effective applications, contributing to the formation of a digital society, linked with ensuring information safety and security for users.

"Through this contest, we hope to contribute to raising awareness among state agencies, organizations, businesses, people, officials, civil servants, employees, workers, students about implementing administrative reform associated with digital transformation in a synchronous and effective manner in socio-economic development, contributing to creating consensus among all levels of government and people in Quang Nam province," said Mr. Quang.

The contest gathered 18 teams from 18 districts, towns and cities of the province. Each team has 5-8 members, competing in 3 rounds: qualifying round (6 contests), semi-finals (2 contests) and final round (1 contest)...

Each competition has 3 participating teams; 6 qualifying rounds to select 6 teams with the highest scores to participate in 2 semi-final rounds; 2 first and second teams with the highest scores in the semi-final round will participate in the final round.

Six qualifying rounds will take place over three days, from October 10 to 12; two semi-final rounds will be held at the end of October 2023 and the final round is scheduled to be held in November 2023. Quang Nam Radio and Television Station will record and broadcast all eight qualifying rounds and semi-final rounds. The final round will be broadcast live on Quang Nam Radio and Television Station.
