(DN) - On June 12, the Bien Hoa Industrial Park (IP) Trade Union opened the 6th Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028 with the participation of 270 delegates.

Speaking at the congress, Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Thi Nhu Y acknowledged and praised the efforts of the Bien Hoa Industrial Park Trade Union at all levels over the past 5 years. In particular, the Trade Union at all levels has been proactive, flexible, and skillful in negotiating with business owners, bringing many benefits to union members and workers and stabilizing labor relations.
The Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation hopes that in the coming time, the Bien Hoa Industrial Park Trade Union will promote the achieved results, innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the quality of the union staff, and perform well the function of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of Bien Hoa Industrial Park Trade Union for the 2023-2028 term; elected the Delegation to attend the 11th Congress of Dong Nai Provincial Trade Union.
On June 13, the congress continued to work to report the results of the first session to elect positions in the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and introduce the Executive Committee of the Trade Union term VI for the 2023-2028 term.
