Opening of the 2024 Competition for Teachers to be Excellent Team Leaders

On December 23, at Dak Lak Pedagogical College, Dak Lak Department of Education and Training coordinated with the Provincial Youth Union to organize the opening ceremony of the 3rd Dak Lak Provincial Contest for Excellent Teachers as Team Leaders - 2024.

The contest was held for 5 days (from December 23-27) with the participation of 101 contestants who are teachers who are Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team Leaders of primary and secondary schools from 14 Departments of Education and Training in the area. These teachers represent more than 600 teachers who are Team Leaders from primary and secondary schools in the whole province.

Participating in the contest, candidates will go through the following examination contents: experience initiatives or models, results of applied pedagogical scientific research in the field of Team work and children's movements; knowledge and skills test; practice of skills and expertise in Team work and children's movements; aptitude test for Team Leader.

The 3rd Contest for Excellent Teachers as Team Leaders of Dak Lak Province - 2024 is a meaningful and practical activity to create conditions for teachers as Team Leaders to demonstrate their abilities, study, and exchange experiences in Team work and youth movements in schools; contribute to the effective implementation of emulation movements in schools; encourage, motivate, and create opportunities for teachers as Team Leaders to practice, self-study, and be creative.

The contest is also the basis for assessing the current situation of the team of teachers working as Team Leaders, thereby developing a plan for training, fostering, and improving professional qualifications and skills, meeting the requirements of educational and training innovation, innovation in Team work and children's movements.
