Speaking at the opening ceremony of the contest, Colonel Nguyen Huu Minh, Deputy Political Commissar of Naval Region 4, requested the Organizing Committee and the Jury to grasp the regulations and evaluate the results of each group and contestant; the facilities, decoration, and arrangement of the library and Ho Chi Minh room... to ensure fairness and accuracy. The marking process clearly pointed out the strengths and weaknesses so that units could take measures to overcome them, contributing to improving the quality of library and Ho Chi Minh room activities in the coming time.

Taking place until June 12, the Organizing Committee will award the collectives and individuals with the best achievements in the Competition at the Closing Ceremony. The best quality Ho Chi Minh libraries and rooms will be selected to participate in the 2023 Ho Chi Minh Library and Room Competition at the Navy level.
