This year's contest has the participation of 24 mobile propaganda teams with nearly 1,000 propagandists. This is an important cultural and political activity to educate the tradition of patriotism, the spirit of great solidarity, the desire for peace , the will to be self-reliant, self-reliant, self-respect, and national pride; affirming the determination of the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army in the cause of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland. In his opening speech, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province, Vuong Ngoc Ha, emphasized: The contest is a cultural activity of profound significance, an opportunity for the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army to review the glorious revolutionary tradition of gaining national independence, praising the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, and the homeland; affirming the historical stature of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2. This is also an opportunity for propagandists to exchange, learn, improve their skills, and connect the community of Vietnamese ethnic groups.
At the opening ceremony, a special art program with the theme "Vietnam - 80 years of heroic spirit, firmly stepping into the future" took place. The 120-minute program consisted of three parts: "Revolutionary spirit - Independence autumn"; "Preserving the country - Preserving the national soul"; "Development and integration - Pride of Vietnam" performed by artists from many localities. The Dien Bien province mobile propaganda team performed the piece "The General of the people's hearts" with an emotional staging, depicting the image of General Vo Nguyen Giap, close, dear, always attached to the people and loved and trusted by the people. The performance left a strong, deep impression in the hearts of the audience.
Participating in the national mobile propaganda contest to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, the Dien Bien delegation has over 30 artists, actors, and propagandists. With the theme "The Party's words, a call to the heart", the delegation's art program includes 6 performances: "The Party's words, a call to the heart"; "You are the belief in certain victory"; "Welcoming the sun on the fields"; "The general of the people's hearts"; "Dien Bien past and present"; "Aspiration for power". The program has profound content praising the Party, Uncle Ho, General Vo Nguyen Giap, affirming the historical significance of the August Revolution and National Day September 2; the beauty of the land and people of Dien Bien. Thereby expressing gratitude to generations of fathers and brothers who sacrificed for national independence, love for the country and homeland. This is also an opportunity to introduce and promote the image of Dien Bien province rich in cultural identity and warm humanity to friends.
The 2025 National Mobile Propaganda Competition will take place from August 4 to 9 in three provinces and cities: Tuyen Quang, Bac Ninh and Hai Phong. The grassroots performances are also an opportunity to enhance the effectiveness of mobile propaganda - one of the traditional but influential methods of the cultural sector.
