Opening of Indian Film Festival in Dien Bien province

Dien Bien TV - On the evening of March 17, at Dien Bien Phu Cinema, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dien Bien province coordinated with the Embassy of India in Vietnam to organize the Opening Ceremony of the Indian Film Festival in Dien Bien province. Attending the opening ceremony was Ms. Monica Sharma, Second Secretary, Director of the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center of the Embassy of India in Vietnam.

Participating in the Indian Film Festival in Dien Bien province are famous Indian films such as: Roar of Freedom; Live Only Once; Female Wrestler; English, My Language... Each film brings a unique nuance of Indian cinema, from epic action to touching stories about family and friendship.

The films are shown for free and use Vietnamese subtitles to bring a complete experience to the audience. Screening time is from March 17 - 20 at 7pm every day.

The festival is an opportunity for audiences in Dien Bien to enjoy famous cinematographic works; experience unique cultural features of India; thereby contributing to fostering the strong friendship and cultural connection between India and Vietnam./.
