Opening of the preparatory session of the 1st Congress of Party Delegates of Central Party Agencies

Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Secretary of the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies attended and chaired the preparatory session.

The Congress was attended by nearly 300 official delegates, representing more than 8,700 party members from 14 party organizations under the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies.

The theme of the Congress is: "Continue to strongly innovate thinking and action, improve strategic advisory work; build a clean and strong Party organization; excellently complete the set goals and tasks". The motto of the Congress is: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Setting an example - Breakthrough - Development".

At the preparatory session, the Congress voted to approve the list of the Presidium consisting of 15 comrades, the Secretariat consisting of 2 comrades, the Delegate Qualification Examination Committee consisting of 11 comrades; and approved the program, internal rules and working regulations of the Congress.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Truong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies, on behalf of the Presidium, presented a Report synthesizing comments on the Draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

After listening to the Report synthesizing comments on the Draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, the Congress conducted discussions. Four delegates spoke, focusing on highlighting the importance of improving strategic advisory work, breakthroughs, and implementation solutions in each agency, unit, and Party committee in the new term to meet the requirements of the tasks...

Comrade Thai Thanh Quy, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the Central Party Agencies, Secretary of the Party Committees of the Agencies, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee, presented a speech: "Continuously innovating and improving the quality of strategic advice to the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat on socio -economic development in the new era".

Comrade Nguyen Long Hai, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Party agencies presented a speech: "Improving the quality of advice of the staff and Party members of the Party Committee of the Central Party agencies to meet the requirements of the assigned tasks".

Comrade Dang Van Dung, member of the Party Executive Committee of the Central Party Agencies, Party Secretary of the Agencies, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, presented a speech: "Raising the level of strategic advice, contributing to promoting the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity, building a clean and strong Party and State, firmly entering the new era".

Comrade Vu Trong Lam, Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Central Party agencies, Party Secretary, Director - Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House, Truth, presented a speech: "Digital transformation in publishing political theory books, contributing to strongly spreading the Party's ideology and guidelines in the digital age".
