In particular, with its modern and innovative organizational methods, conference delegates were introduced to many short thematic videos created by the Standing Committee of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment using AI assistants, which replaced traditional lengthy reports.
Units within the National Assembly system are committed to implementing the "Digital Popular Education - Digital National Assembly" movement.
Within the framework of the Conference, the " Digital Popular Education - Digital Parliament" Platform was also officially launched. Leaders of units within the National Assembly system signed a commitment to implement the "Digital Popular Education - Digital Parliament" movement, demonstrating strong political determination from the central to the grassroots level to strongly promote, rapidly and effectively implement digital transformation throughout the entire National Assembly system.
Comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, directed: “I propose that those comrades who have completed the course will be the key figures in spreading knowledge to others. At the same time, Party committees and governments at all levels, from the central to local levels, must quickly study, learn, and implement this model. I affirm that this is not a short-term movement but a continuous lifelong learning movement because technology is always changing, forcing us to constantly learn and keep up.”
"We need to make digital learning a daily habit, and at the same time, we urgently need to build a solid knowledge framework, select the right target audience, comprehensively develop platforms and connections, and maximize the exploitation of underlying data so that all officials, civil servants, and citizens have comprehensive access," the General Secretary emphasized.
