Explore Hanoi in a new way at the 2025 Tourism Festival

From May 30 to June 1, 2025, the Hanoi Tourism Festival 2025 will take place at the Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center, with the theme "Experience Hanoi 2025". The event is organized by the Hanoi Department of Tourism, aiming to promote the capital's destination, attracting domestic and international tourists.

The festival is an important annual tourism promotion activity of Hanoi city, part of a series of events celebrating major national holidays and responding to the National Tourism Year 2025. According to Director of Hanoi Department of Tourism Dang Huong Giang, the event contributes to affirming Hanoi's position as a "Safe - Friendly - Quality - Attractive" destination, while strengthening inter-regional and inter-national tourism links.

This year's festival brings together many diverse activities: from exhibition spaces, promoting destinations and tourism products; to experiencing culture, cuisine and modern technology. The highlight of the event is the "Hanoi Destination" space with models and miniatures recreating the capital's landscape, integrating virtual reality technology, VR360, 3D Mapping to introduce hundreds of outstanding attractions.

Visitors can directly experience traditional crafts, interact with artisans, participate in cultural activities, painting, street cultural performances, art parades, as well as explore famous relics such as Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam.

Hanoi culinary space introduces a variety of typical delicacies such as pho, shrimp cakes, lotus tea, sticky rice, egg coffee... in addition to creative fusion dishes presented by famous chefs. Visitors can also enjoy Ta Hien night cuisine, enjoy cold beer in the vibrant festival atmosphere.

In particular, the festival also organizes high-class sports activities such as golf and pickleball - a popular sport in Hanoi. On this occasion, to celebrate International Children's Day on June 1, the Robocon programming experience program for children was also included, which is highly educational and entertaining.

The program has the participation and coordination of Hanoi Youth Union, Hanoi Tourism Association, Unesco Travel Club, Vietnam Halal Company; districts: Ba Dinh, Hoan Kiem, Tay Ho, Ha Dong, Nam Tu Liem, Phu Xuyen, Quoc Oai, Gia Lam... and many large travel businesses such as Hanoi Tourism Corporation, Best Price Travel. The provinces of Ha Giang, Bac Kan, Son La, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, Ninh Binh, Hai Duong, Bac Ninh also introduced local tourism products.

Many special programs will take place within the framework of the festival, including: Opening from 7:30 p.m. on May 30 with the art program "Hanoi's Sounds"; Famtrip to survey destinations on May 31; Fashion show "Hanoi Heritage" on the same evening; discussion "Welcoming Muslim tourists in Hanoi" on the morning of June 1. Throughout the 3 days, cultural, tourism and culinary experiences will take place continuously, promising to bring memorable moments to residents and visitors.
