Located on the tranquil banks of the Dinh River, the Ba Ria Night Food Street stretches along two roads: Le Thanh Duy Street (Phuoc Trung Ward) and Hoang Viet Street (Long Huong Ward). Le Thanh Duy Street has 130 stalls, while Hoang Viet Street has 45. Hoang Viet Street operates from morning until 10 PM daily, while Le Thanh Duy Street operates from 6 PM to midnight.
The stalls are arranged in an orderly manner. On Le Thanh Duy Street, along the Dinh River bank, is a series of food and beverage stalls. Vendors utilize the sidewalk space next to the river to set up tables and chairs for customers to eat on the spot. On the other side of the street is a series of stalls selling clothes, shoes, and souvenirs. On Hoang Viet Street, the stalls are located entirely on the sidewalk next to the Dinh River.

Along with the scenic West Bank park and the dazzling array of decorative lights, the Ba Ria Night Food Street stands out with its pedestrian walkway lined with thousands of lanterns of diverse styles and colors, creating the feeling of walking under a sparkling starry night sky. The food stalls are also aesthetically and charmingly designed, catering to the needs of those who want to stroll, shop, dine, and enjoy the cool, romantic, and picturesque atmosphere of the Dinh River.
The food on offer is rich and diverse, featuring many delicious dishes characteristic of various regions, with diverse flavors and cooking methods. From street food like grilled skewers and fragrant braised offal to duck porridge, and Thai, Japanese, and Korean dishes, everything is available here. Beverages are also varied, including ice cream, fruit teas, traditional desserts, and imported flavors. Local OCOP products such as Non La coffee, Ong Nhiem yogurt, minced fish sauce, tea, and honey also contribute to the rich and unique character of Ba Ria's night food street. Notably, the vendors greet customers gently and provide attentive service, creating an impression of civilized and courteous business culture.

Many people consider the Ba Ria Night Food Street a regular destination for strolling, relaxing, and exploring culinary delights with their families. Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Hang (from Tan Hoa commune, Phu My town) said that she often brings her family here to eat on weekends. The food and drinks are diverse for all ages, very delicious, and reasonably priced. "The riverside view is stunning. Sitting and enjoying food and music by the spacious Dinh River is very pleasant," Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Hang shared.
Mr. Nguyen Van Thao, Director of Nam Phat Trading, Service and Construction Investment Co., Ltd., the investor, stated that in management and operation, they strictly control food hygiene and safety, ensuring that food has a clear origin, provide civilized service, and clearly display prices.
In addition, to enhance the market's attractiveness, the company will coordinate with local authorities to diversify entertainment activities, promote and encourage traders to develop civilized and professional customer service skills, and minimize littering. "We always listen to the shortcomings reflected by businesses and residents to promptly propose solutions to the leaders of Ba Ria City, aiming to diversify economic activities, contribute to local economic development, and create a positive impression in the hearts of residents and tourists," Mr. Thao said.
