At Hang Bo, there are about 10 stalls selling grilled squid. Each squid is carefully selected, grilled over charcoal, then pounded with a wooden pestle and shredded. The squid is dipped in spicy chili sauce, with a piece of mango or cucumber..., enough for customers to enjoy with family and friends until late at night.
Hang Bo squid has many types with different prices, depending on the size. The smallest size will cost from 200-250 thousand VND, enough for about 2-3 people, the medium size will cost about 300-350 thousand VND, and the largest size will cost about 500 thousand VND for a squid.
Every night, Hang Bo attracts hundreds of diners, usually the busiest from around 9pm to midnight.
