Comrade Dinh Van Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting; also attending were leaders of the Departments: Culture, Sports and Tourism; Finance; Construction; Science and Technology; Industry and Trade; Agriculture and Environment; Center for Investment Promotion, Trade and Tourism.
This is a large-scale exhibition with the participation of 34 provinces and cities nationwide, taking place from August 28 to September 5 at the National Exhibition Center in Co Loa - Dong Anh - Hanoi . The exhibition space of Lam Dong province has the theme "Lam Dong - Convergence and Shine" on an area of 436m2 (38 x 11.5m), introducing the beauty, natural resources, heritage, economic and social achievements of the province over the past 80 years.
Thereby, to recreate the journey of connection and development from the new land merging between 3 regions of identity: old forest, plateau and blue sea; along with outstanding achievements in high-tech agriculture, eco-tourism, renewable energy, cultural heritage.

It is expected that there will be more than 400 carefully selected images on display, showing important historical milestones and development achievements in each field: Economy, culture, tourism, health, education, science, national security and defense, international cooperation; and the new administrative map of Lam Dong province.
In addition, 400 artifacts reflect the depth of culture, history and comprehensive development of the province, including: Typical artifacts of indigenous peoples, archeology, nature, long tradition, ecological diversity; medals, symbols, emulation flags, certificates of merit... proving the outstanding achievements of Lam Dong through the periods; typical economic products of the renovation period from 1986 to present. Space to display OCOP products of Lam Dong province: Coffee, tea, vegetables, flowers, fruits, pharmaceuticals, dried seafood, fish sauce...
Representatives of the departments raised many opinions on the following issues: Choosing a design plan that ensures content and ideas; using technology to highlight exhibits and images; using 3D models to create diversity and appeal, avoiding monotony; choosing natural landscapes and architectural works with beautiful symbols of the province; arranging the exhibition space artistically, creating a harmonious whole of forests, flowers and seas...
Concluding the meeting, Comrade Dinh Van Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, agreed to choose the optimal design option, which is both beautiful in concept and conveys the exhibition content vividly and intuitively, while applying modern and attractive technology. Adding more ideas: The language of the blue sea, thousands of flowers, the great forest; the entrance opens up a space from the harmony and curvature of the waves, the romance of the blue sea, the poetry of thousands of flowers, the majesty of the great forest.
Create more fresh flower miniatures, both to create a space for performing traditional musical instruments and to be a check-in space for the public to visit and enjoy. The artifacts and images selected for display must contain the proud content of Lam Dong.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments and branches to closely follow the plan, urgently, carefully and thoroughly prepare, implement on schedule, without delay; divide into groups, teams, assign specific tasks to each individual and unit to share responsibility together; complete the exhibition design no later than July 31.
