Over the past year, all administrative procedures have been updated and promptly posted by the Commune People's Committee at the Commune's Reception and Results Delivery Department to facilitate easy access for organizations and individuals when needed. The commune has effectively implemented the review and compilation of newly issued, amended, supplemented, replaced, or abolished administrative procedures within the general set of administrative procedures applied at the commune level. A total of 35 procedures are provided online in their entirety, and 66 procedures are provided online in part.

The People's Committee of the commune has directed specialized officials to strictly implement the receiving, processing, and resolution of applications on the public service software, ensuring 100% of applications are processed online. Currently, there are 6 officials on duty at the Application Receiving and Processing Department, all of whom are qualified and cooperate well in resolving applications to deliver results as quickly as possible to citizens and businesses, minimizing overdue applications.
