In order to widely propagate to the masses about the historical and cultural value of Hung Phuc Pagoda and the great contributions of Grand Tutor A Vuong Dao Cam Moc, on September 14, 2019, Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee approved the investment policy for the project to preserve and restore Hung Phuc Pagoda. The pagoda was started on the old pagoda's foundation with a total area of over 4,000 m2, with Yen Dinh District People's Committee as the investor.
Representatives of the investor and the construction unit spoke at the inauguration ceremony of Hung Phuc Pagoda.
After nearly 4 years, the pagoda has been completed with a total capital of 26 billion VND, of which the construction cost is more than 21 billion VND. In addition, there is socialized capital contributed by Dao descendants nationwide, philanthropists and local people...

The performances reenacting the life of Grand Tutor and Vice King Dao Cam Moc attracted the attention of many delegates and people.
According to legend, Dao Cam Moc was from Dinh Tien commune. After his father passed away, his mother took him back to his mother's hometown in Yen Trung commune (Yen Dinh). With his intelligence and extraordinary strength, he became a mandarin under the Tien Le dynasty. Later, he and monk Van Hanh had the merit of enthroning Ly Cong Uan as king, with the title Ly Thai To - the first king of the Ly dynasty. In gratitude to the first meritorious mandarin who founded the country, the king granted him the title of Grand Tutor, Second King, and the title of Marquis of Tin Nghia, and married his eldest daughter, Princess An Quoc, to him.
After his death, King Ly ordered a statue of Dao Cam Moc to be carved and worshiped at Hung Phuc Pagoda in Trang Lang (now Lang Thon village, Dinh Tien commune), his paternal hometown, and at his maternal hometown Nam Thach (Yen Trung) - a place with many memories from childhood to adulthood.
