Inauguration of Tan Thong Hoi Primary School worth over 110 billion VND in Cu Chi

On the morning of August 29, Tan Thong Hoi Primary School in Cu Chi Commune (former Cu Chi District), Ho Chi Minh City, with a total investment of more than 110 billion VND, was officially inaugurated. The project celebrates the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, and has great significance in improving the quality of local education.

On the morning of August 29, the People's Committee of Cu Chi Commune coordinated with the Cu Chi District Construction Investment Project Management Board to organize the inauguration ceremony of Tan Thong Hoi Primary School. This is an important event, marking a new development step in the local education career, and at the same time, a project to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day September 2.

Tan Thong Hoi Primary School is built on a modern scale, including 20 classrooms, functional rooms, playgrounds... and other auxiliary items. The total investment is more than 110 billion VND. The project started on October 16, 2024 and was completed on August 25, 2025, ahead of schedule. After acceptance, the project fully met the technical and aesthetic standards and school regulations.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Tran Quang Thai, Vice Chairman of Cu Chi Commune People's Committee, emphasized: "Tan Thong Hoi Primary School is not only a place to nurture knowledge and nurture future generations, but also a symbol of the Party and State's belief, aspiration and concern for the cause of education. This project demonstrates the spirit of solidarity and consensus of the people and the construction units". He also expressed his sincere thanks to the 8 households who agreed to hand over the site, as well as the construction units who made efforts to complete the project on schedule with a high sense of responsibility.

When put into operation, the project will meet the increasing learning needs of local students, contribute to improving the quality of education, creating a spacious, safe and friendly learning environment. This is also an important step in modernizing education, towards achieving national standards for primary schools in Cu Chi.

The inauguration of Tan Thong Hoi Primary School is not only the pride of Cu Chi people but also a testament to the joint efforts for the cause of "growing people", towards a sustainable and developed educational future.
