Reward union members with good deeds

QTO - On the afternoon of September 20, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee awarded a certificate of merit to Nguyen Duc Phuong, a member of the Youth Union of Quang Tri Petroleum Company, for his good deed of picking up lost property and returning it to its owner.

Previously, on the morning of August 28, 2025, during his sales shift at Store 11, Quang Tri Petroleum Company, Mr. Phuong discovered a wallet on the floor; in the wallet were some important personal documents under the name Nguyen Dang Chin, in Huong Phung commune, Quang Tri province and nearly 7 million VND, Mr. Phuong reported to the store manager; at the same time extracted the camera to find the owner of the wallet. Immediately after that, the wallet was returned to the person who dropped it.
