Truong Ninh Commune: Basically completed summer-autumn rice harvest

QTO - According to information from the People's Committee of Truong Ninh commune, up to now, the locality has basically completed the summer-autumn rice harvest. The average rice yield is estimated at over 54 quintals/ha, with an estimated output of 6,923 tons.

In the summer-autumn crop of 2025, Truong Ninh commune will plant over 1,669 hectares of rice, with key varieties such as: HN6, DV108, PC6...

Thanks to proactive irrigation water sources and timely and accurate pest control, most of the rice fields in the area basically grow and develop well.

These days, taking advantage of favorable weather, farmers in Truong Ninh commune have signed contracts with combine harvesters, mobilizing manpower to go to the fields to concentrate on harvesting with the motto "harvest quickly and neatly as soon as the rice is ripe". Up to now, the commune has harvested over 1,000 hectares and is urgently completing the remaining area. The whole commune strives to finish harvesting all summer-autumn rice before September 25.
