In reality, many mothers have to struggle between work and family. Many women who have only a few months off after giving birth have to go back to work, sending their children to grandparents or daycare centers when they are only a few months old. Somewhere, there are still women who work, are the main breadwinners in the family, and also take care of their children, even when their children are sick, without receiving any support from their husbands. The lack of support from their own families is a huge psychological and physical burden for many mothers. However, they still try hard, still love, and that burden makes motherhood more lonely and difficult than ever.
A sharing society is when everyone understands that raising children is not just the mother's job. Fathers need to accompany and share housework and child-rearing, which is something that many young families today are gradually changing positively. Our Party and State have been expanding policies to support childcare, encouraging the development of a system of nurseries and kindergartens near industrial parks so that mothers can work with peace of mind. When mothers are shared, children will grow up more, families will be happier and society will be more sustainable.
Arousing the companionship from the family and community for women on the journey of motherhood requires building a comprehensive support network. In which, the family is the first and most important foundation to reduce the burden on the mother. Propaganda campaigns also need to focus on the father's responsibility to share housework and take care of children. In addition, building a sympathetic and equal community plays a key role in creating a safe and understanding environment for mothers. The State needs to issue policies so that women can be financially stable and mentally cared for to be confident on the journey of motherhood.
The journey of caring for and educating children is a beautiful calling for women, but it is also a thorny one. When we together create an environment where love is no longer accompanied by exhaustion, when every mother is recognized and supported not because she is weak but because she deserves to be respected, then the children will grow up in true abundance and peace.
