In reality, many mothers struggle to balance work and family. Many women, after giving birth, only get a few months of rest before returning to work, sending their children to grandparents or daycare when they are just a few months old. Somewhere, there are still women who work, are the primary breadwinners, and shoulder the burden of raising children, even when their children are sick, without receiving any support from their husbands. This lack of support from their own families is a huge psychological and physical burden for many mothers. Yet, they persevere, they continue to love, and this burden makes motherhood seem more solitary and arduous than ever before.
A sharing society is one where everyone understands that raising children is not solely the mother's responsibility. Fathers need to participate and share household chores and child-rearing, a trend many young families are increasingly adopting. The Party and State have been expanding policies to support childcare, encouraging the development of nurseries and kindergartens near industrial zones so mothers can work with peace of mind. When mothers are supported, children grow up stronger, families are happier, and society becomes more sustainable.
Fostering support from within the family and community for women on their journey to motherhood requires building a comprehensive support network. The family is the first and most important foundation for alleviating the burden on mothers. Awareness campaigns should also emphasize the father's responsibility in sharing household chores and childcare. Furthermore, building an empathetic and equitable community is crucial in creating a safe and understanding environment for mothers. The government needs to enact policies that ensure women are financially secure and receive emotional support, enabling them to confidently navigate their motherhood journey.
A woman's journey of caring for and educating her children is a beautiful calling, but also a challenging one. When we work together to create an environment where love is not accompanied by exhaustion, where every mother is recognized and supported not because she is weak, but because she deserves respect, then children will grow up in true fulfillment and peace.
