Currently, MSc. Le Au Ngan Anh (30 years old) is holding the position of Deputy Head of the Faculty of Tourism - Restaurant - Hotel at Hoa Sen University, and is also a PhD student at Ton Duc Thang University.
The queen is energetic and loves teaching.
Miss Le Au Ngan Anh said that she had worked in many different fields, but at one point, she realized that she wanted to stick with a job that brought sustainable value. That job could both develop herself and bring benefits to the younger generation and society.

In 2017, Le Au Ngan Anh was crowned Miss Ocean Vietnam. She then represented Vietnam in international competitions and went on to win the 4th runner-up position at Miss Intercontinental.
"I hope that when my son grows up, he can proudly tell his friends about his parents. Teaching is also a way for me to improve myself and understand my child better. Teaching is not just a job but a meaningful journey to sow values and spread positivity every day" - MSc. Ngan Anh said.
Standing on the podium for nearly 6 years, MSc. Ngan Anh has built a different teaching philosophy. She is not afraid of losing the image of a beauty queen, on the contrary, she often "acts up" to create a sense of closeness.
In her classes, she often incorporates games, real-life situations and role-playing techniques into her lectures. MSc. Ngan Anh believes that humor and laughter in class are not simply entertainment but also create a connection between teachers and students. Without student interaction, no matter how hard a teacher tries to teach, it will not be effective.
Through videos on social networks, many students understand more about the event management profession.

In contrast to the energetic images on social media, the young mother admitted that there were times when she felt overwhelmed trying to balance work, family care and school. However, she never felt discouraged and wanted to quit teaching.
At those times, her best source of "recharging" is looking at graduation photos and reading messages from students boasting that they have found good jobs in their fields.
"From the "young buds" who were still shy when they first entered the class, they have now grown strongly and started to bear "sweet fruit". That is the motivation and belief for me to know that the journey I am taking is the right one" - MSc. Ngan Anh shared.
Women - don't be afraid of challenges
No matter how busy she is, the time from 6pm to 9pm is always the time she spends with her family, especially her young son. After her son goes to sleep, she continues her unfinished work of the day or spends time on professional research.

Family is a permanent "charging station" for young female lecturer
Ngan Anh said that there is no such thing as perfect "balance" while taking on many roles with many different jobs. "My number 1 priority is health - both physical and mental. Because without health, I cannot be in charge of the work at the Faculty well, be a good mother, or complete my PhD program" - Ngan Anh expressed.
The remaining priorities will change over time. There are "seasons" when she has to focus intensely on research to prepare for scientific articles to be published. During the administrative hours of the day, she creates a routine and schedule to handle the management of the Faculty, connect with businesses and build experiential activities for students.
At the end of the school year, her priorities are recruitment, student internships, and council security. And of course, her family is her permanent "charging station".
Ngan Anh chooses to use her time fund by "integrating" instead of "balancing". The important thing is not that you are taking on many tasks, but that you understand your responsibilities and are fully present in each role.

Young lecturers inspire students
For Ngan Anh, every time she "encroaches" on a new field or role, she begins with humility and a progressive spirit.
The Deputy Head of the Department of Tourism, Restaurant and Hotel affirmed that women have the right to step out of their comfort zone to try their hand at different fields and roles in society. Sometimes, the barrier does not come from external objective reasons but lies in their own personal thoughts, fear of not being capable enough.
"I hope young women do not see challenges as pressure, but rather as opportunities to expand their limits. When we dare to go a little further, dare to take on greater responsibilities and dare to believe in our own abilities, our value will naturally increase. No need to be noisy, just be persistent and kind with your own choices" - MSc. Ngan Anh said.
