With the attention of local authorities and the education sector, in the new school year 2025-2026, Hoang Kim Primary School, Hoang Phu commune put into use a 3-storey building with 18 new classrooms. In addition, from the local budget, the school has also renovated functional rooms, built a new administrative building and auxiliary works, playground, school yard... According to teacher Tran Viet Ha, Principal of Hoang Kim Primary School, the investment cost for these items and works is about 20 billion VND. Currently, the works have been handed over to the school to be ready to enter the new school year with the goal of continuing to fundamentally and comprehensively innovate education.

It is known that in addition to the above items, Hoang Kim Primary School also received investment from the local government to purchase 200 new sets of student desks and chairs, 16 sets of teacher desks and chairs, and 16 magnetic boards to serve teaching and learning. "The school's staff and teachers are very excited to receive synchronous investment from the local government in facilities and educational equipment before the new school year 2025-2026. This is an important premise and foundation for the school's teaching staff to strive to further improve the quality of education to meet the requirements of innovation" - teacher Tran Viet Ha shared.

Not only Hoang Kim Primary School, at Hoang Kim Secondary School or Hoang Kim Kindergarten in Hoang Phu commune, many items such as rooms, classrooms, school yard, school gate... have also been renovated, upgraded and invested in new construction by schools to welcome the new school year 2025-2026 with a new spirit. Vice Chairwoman of Hoang Phu Commune People's Committee, Hoang Thi Oanh, said: “After merging administrative units, the Commune People's Committee established a working group to inspect and review teaching and learning conditions before the new school year at 11 schools at all levels in the commune. Through inspection and understanding from practice, the Commune People's Committee decided to support schools to repair and replace old and degraded equipment such as teaching aids, laboratory equipment, computers, student and teacher desks and chairs for schools with a total budget of 2 billion VND. Up to now, the repair, upgrade and new procurement projects have been completed, ensuring good service for the new school year 2025-2026".

In Tho Lap commune, along with the establishment of an inspection team to assess the current status of facilities and teaching equipment in each school, in early August 2025, the Standing Committee of the Commune People's Committee had a working session with the collective leadership of schools in the area to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of teachers and staff and direct schools to focus on implementing well the tasks and solutions set out in the new school year 2025-2026. It is known that after the arrangement of administrative units and the implementation of a 2-level local government, Tho Lap commune has 9 schools at all 3 levels with a total of more than 4,000 students. Of which, preschool level has 3 schools with 38 classes, 1,119 students; primary level has 3 schools with 53 classes, 1,655 students and secondary level has 3 schools with 35 classes, 1,393 students. By the second half of August 2025, preparations for the new school year such as facilities, teaching equipment, stable arrangement of teachers and staff, school and classroom cleaning... at schools in Tho Lap commune have been basically completed. Thanks to the proactive preparation stage, along with the attention and facilitation of all aspects of the local Party Committee and government, teachers and staff at all schools are excited and enthusiastic to welcome the new school year 2025-2026.

It can be seen that the preparation for the 2025-2026 school year has been creating a new momentum in the emulation movement to improve the quality of education with the goal of continuing to fundamentally and comprehensively innovate education in schools. In particular, the preparation of management staff and teachers is carried out publicly and democratically; the work of repairing and building new school facilities and classrooms, and purchasing additional equipment for teaching and learning is carried out regularly and continuously. In addition, to ensure the quality of teaching and learning throughout the school year, schools have also set out key tasks, such as: focusing on implementing educational activities well according to the requirements of the industry; Strengthen management work, especially promoting the role and tasks of professional groups; constantly and strongly innovating teaching methods; continue to advise on investment in facilities and educational equipment suitable for each locality and meeting the requirements of educational innovation...
