About 40 tons of sweet potatoes "waiting to be rescued" of a farmer in Gia Loc have been almost sold out.

On May 16, Mr. Hoang Van Cuong's family actively packed potatoes to deliver to buyers.

According to Mr. Hoang Van Cuong in Pham Tran commune (Gia Loc, Hai Duong ), his family's nearly 40 tons of sweet potatoes have been almost sold out. Currently, his family has received additional orders from localities such as Hai Phong, Hanoi... Some organizations and individuals buy potatoes in large quantities.

After selling all 40 tons of sweet potatoes, Mr. Cuong plans to harvest the remaining potatoes to supply to the people. Because the sweet potatoes are of good quality, many people who bought them the first time ordered a second time and recommended them to many acquaintances.

Because of the good quality of sweet potatoes, Mr. Cuong's family has had customers place large orders.

Mr. Cuong plans to cooperate with a number of research units to produce dried sweet potatoes to serve people in and outside the province, while increasing the value of sweet potatoes on Gia Loc land.
